Kim Holland Productions and Meiden van Holland are two of the best known adult companies in the Netherlands. This film is about what former models say happened to them there.
The allegations come from women who worked for the companies, and they name the producers: Ruud Slakhorst, Bart Klomp and Ger Nieken. What the women describe is grooming, coercion, and shoots that went a long way past anything they had agreed to. One account is about a young woman with a mental illness who they say was manipulated into performing. Complaints were made, and according to the women those complaints went nowhere.
A lot of what is in here should not be hard for anyone in the industry to agree is wrong. Alcohol and drugs on set. No STI testing. Contracts written tightly enough that we end up asking whether they cross into human trafficking. Children present on a set. A baby used in a video.
I had legal threats over this from Josine van den Berg of Mount Law before it went out. I published it anyway, because the women were willing to be named and I could not find a good enough reason to sit on it.
At the end I listed the broadcasters and the payment companies that carry this content, because that is the pressure point. If you want to do something with what you have just watched, that list is where I would start.
