Roberta Rei and the Italian investigative programme Le Iene have put the Rocco Siffredi allegations in front of the Italian public, and this film is me going through what they found.
The timing matters. A year before this he was at the top of it, with a Netflix series about his own life. Whatever you thought of the man, the story being told about him was one he had a great deal of control over.
Le Iene's reporting is the first time a mainstream Italian audience has been shown the other account. I have been on this for a while and I have taken some consequences for it, so I will admit I am not neutral about watching it finally land somewhere with real reach.
