As the host of LustCast, I’m not afraid to tackle the difficult topic of abuse and sex trafficking in the porn industry. Today, we’re diving deep into the disturbing world of Pierre Woodman and the atrocities he’s committed against women. Before we get started, I have to tell you that I received death threats for even considering this episode. But I refuse to back down, because it’s time to shed light on the dark side of the porn industry and hold abusers like Pierre Woodman accountable.
During my research for this story, I spoke to Woodman himself, as well as his victims and his former model recruiter named Ricardo Soli. I even recorded a conversation with one of Woodman’s current associates who threatened to kill me. It’s a chilling reminder of the power dynamics at play in this industry.
But enough about me. Let’s talk about the man of the hour: Pierre Woodman. You may have heard his name in connection with the recent sexual assault allegations against Italian pornstar Rocco Siffredi. But it’s time to focus on Woodman himself and his horrific actions.
Interview with Eva Berger
One of Woodman’s most disturbing videos shows him and four men brutally abusing Russian porn actress Eva Berger. I spoke to Eva herself on the podcast, where she bravely shared her story of how she felt coerced into accepting the abuse and how she was introduced to Woodman through her porn agents.
What’s even more disturbing is that payment processors like Visa and Mastercard and Woodman’s third-party payment processors CCbill and Epoch found nothing wrong with the scenes. This highlights the lack of understanding about consent and abuse in the porn industry, and it’s a major problem.
So what is consent?
First, let’s talk about consent. It’s not as simple as saying “yes” or “no.” If someone agrees to a sexual activity out of force, fear, fraud, coercion, or due to an incapacitated state, their consent is invalid. Unfortunately, this is all too common in the porn industry.
Let’s give some examples. Woodman’s recruitment process allegedly involves lying to models about what they’re signing up for, making big promises that aren’t fulfilled, and even conditioning them to accept abuse. Ricardo and I discuss how it’s hard to say no in this situation and how only acquiescence is possible. It’s not true consent.
But it gets worse. Woodman works with shady agents like Brill Babes and even convicted child rapist Dennis Black Magic. Dennis Black Magic is a convicted child rapist and self-proclaimed gangster. On a video call he showed me a gun and threatened to kill me. It’s hard to trust that these girls aren’t being coerced, and the sex trafficking risk is too high for most porn productions, but not for Woodman!
In addition, Woodman’s website is blocked in several countries, but he still advertises his porn scenes on social media and other online platforms where there’s no block. According to Ricardo, he allegedly tells some models that their videos won’t be seen by friends and family, but this is misleading. Piracy, marketing, and VPNs make it easy for people to find their content. In my opinion, this is a form of sex trafficking with a similar business model to GirlsDoPorn.
Woodman’s Lube
Dennis Blackmagic, a longtime friend of Pierre Woodman, has alleged that Woodman uses cocaine hydrochloride in his lube to numb girls’ anuses for anal scenes. While Woodman denies the allegations, the use of anaesthetics in lubes has been a common practice in the European porn industry.
If these allegations are true, then consent would not be possible in these situations as the models are not fully informed about what is going to happen to them. It is important to note that the use of anaesthetics without explicit consent is a form of sexual assault and should not be tolerated.
During Woodman shoots, there is a lot of improvisation and not all activities are mentioned in the consent recording. The Eva Berger video is a good example of this, where she is seen being kicked and suffocated without her consent being obtained specifically for these activities.
It is important to understand that just because a girl doesn’t say no or stop, it does not mean that consent has been obtained. Sexual assault is a traumatic experience, and it is crucial to ensure that consent is obtained for each activity.
Finally, there is an ongoing scandal in America over an agency called LA Direct, which is owned by Derek Hay. Several girls have alleged that they were sent to work for LA Direct by Pierre Woodman. These European girls are in an incredibly vulnerable position because they are working illegally, without work permits.
If Woodman is sending models to work at LA Direct illegally, that is the very definition of sex trafficking. It is crucial to work with agencies that ask models to obtain work permits and work legally, such as Mark Spiegler and Motley Models.
In conclusion, these allegations against Pierre Woodman are concerning and should not be ignored. It is crucial to ensure that consent is obtained for each activity during a shoot and that models are not put in vulnerable positions by working illegally. It is the responsibility of everyone in the industry to prioritize the safety and well-being of the models they work with.
Update – 25th September 2023
Pierre Woodman finally responded to a few of the allegations made made Eva Berger by supposedly showing his proof of consent video. The video is heavily edited instead of simply showing us the full thing.
Even so, the video actually proves Eva’s allegations against him. He even fabricated text messages to prove his innocence. I broke everything down in detail in the video.
